Humanity User Guide introduction

HUMANITY, the scheduling platform.

Humanity provides dynamic employee scheduling with AI-powered forecasting, automated scheduling, and a mobile app.

The company switched to Humanity on April 1, 2024, to better manage scheduling time and tasks.

Activating Your Account

Activation email. To access Humanity for the first time, you will need to activate your account. You will receive an activation email from “Humanity” (Humanity’s parent company). Click on the link to activate your account:

Create your password. You will be taken to a website to create your password. Your login going forward will be your email address and the password you create.

Continue through the prompts until you reach the “Dashboard” on Humanity.com.
